Image 1, attached is a composite view of the City of Victoria on the one hand, and the surrounding rural area encompassing an ocean scape. ![enter image description here][1] In response to question 3, I think it is important to have conversations and education sessions about the ways in which fires can be unintentionally started by humans in conjunction with fire prevention information. Education around water use is also critical. In response to question 4, the City of Victoria, air quality and water usage information is closely monitored at critical times of the year. However, sewage disposal remains a key issue requiring a lot of work going forward. The City of Victoria is also very concerned with so-called 'green' planning and development, multi-purpose spaces and structures, and supporting bicycle usage.
